DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
(coming Soon) We absolutely DO offer gift cards for any occasionall year round. If you're interested in purchasing one for a friend or loved one, please get in touch using our contact form.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS HAVE I GOT?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Direct Debit and Credit Cards and will provide invoices for custom orders
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS' POLICY?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, a return is acceptable within a 28 day period from purchase. To discuss how this can be done, please get in touch.
For custom work, unfortunately no refunds may be given as the piece cannot be resold. However, if you are unhappy with the quality, value or appearance of the product, or have issues upon delivery, we do urge you to get in touch as soon as possible so we can work out a solution.
DO YOU HAVE A PRIVACY POLICY?
All photos and information given to us prior to a custom project is kept completely private and is only accessed by the team working hard to bring your piece to life!
WHAT IS YOUR POSTAGE POLICY?
At 3D Ponding, we pride ourselves on getting your pieces packaged and posted to you safely, in record time. However, sometimes this cannot always be the case.
In the event of custom work, extra time is needed to prepare, design, render and produce this, as well as create finishing touches before packaging and posting can take place. We urge anyone ordering custom pieces to keep in mind that these can take up to 2 working weeks to be posted out to you, and deliver times on top of that, cannot always be guaranteed.
In the event of postage strikes, we cannot always guarantee items will get to you as soon as we'd hope. If you are worried about where an order is, get in touch and we will try to help as much as possible.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH WARRANTY?
At 3D Ponding, we pride ourselves on making good quality products which last a lifetime. In the unfortunate and rare event that something isn't as you'd hoped, please get in touch about what you're entitled to and reaching a solution you're happy with.
